Job summary

A3 Painting LLC is looking for professional residential, commercial, and industrial painters to join our team, performing exterior and interior painting on a variety of sites. You are an experienced painter who values quality work, communicates clearly with customers, and takes pride in delivering a finished job on schedule with a positive attitude.

Strong work ethic and reliability are essential as you prepare surfaces, mix colors, and maintain tools while ensuring safety and customer

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling/home repair.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques.
• Interact professionally with customers, evaluating requests, pricing projects, troubleshooting issues, and describing work orders as needed.
• Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary.
• Mix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains, and special protective coatings to achieve the desired color, consistency, and drying properties.
• Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks.
• Inspect paint jobs for quality.
• Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment.
