Job summary

BAS ENTERPRISES LLC is seeking a residential/commercial painter to prepare and perform exterior and interior painting in residential and light commercial settings. You will join a team that values a job done right and quality service for customers with a positive attitude.

The role requires experience in residential and/or commercial painting and the ability to interact with customers, assess requests, and manage project details.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling/home repair.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques
• Interact professionally with customers, evaluating requests, pricing projects, troubleshooting issues, and describing work orders as needed
• Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects
• Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary
• Mix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains, and special protective coatings to achieve the desired color, consistency, and drying properties
• Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks
• Inspect paint jobs for quality
• Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment

We are looking for a residential/commercial Painter to join our team! You will be preparing and performing professional exterior and interior painting jobs in a residential and light commercial setting.
