We are seeking an experienced painter with a passion for meeting deadlines and quality standards to join our team. You will assist in preparing apartments for painting after residents move out and paint walls, trim, and doors according to schedule. This role requires reliability and the ability to meet occupancy goals.

Accountabilities:

• Assist in preparing apartments for painting after residents move out.
• Paint apartments including walls, trim, and doors as per assigned schedule.
• Perform other functions as assigned by the Unit Turn Supervisor.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to walk, stand, use hands, reach, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions is necessary. Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Compensation:

Salary range: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour, full-time, non-exempt.
