Job summary

Chase Doors in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Painter to support manufacturing operations. You will handle prep, paint application, and finishing, partnering with Area Leads and the Production Supervisor to meet standards and production schedules.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to frequently lift 25–50 pounds, and adherence to safety, SOP and quality practices. Benefits include life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, parental leave, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ability to quickly learn new tasks and concepts.
• 1 year of experience in industrial painting preferred; ability to lift 25–50 pounds; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with SOPs, quality and safety practices; respiratory PPE knowledge; completion of fit testing may be required.

Work Details

This role is Monday-Friday 7AM - 3:30pm $20-$22 an hour
