Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers as necessary.
  • Accurately mix paint colors and finishes according to specifications provided, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, and brushing, while adhering to proper application methods and drying times.
  • Inspect finished surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards, making any necessary touch‑ups or corrections as required.
  • Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools regularly to ensure proper functionality and longevity.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of paint usage, color formulations, and work completed for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members, including contractors and supervisors, to coordinate painting schedules and tasks.
