Pay Range

This range is provided by GoldOller Real Estate Investments. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$27.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Perform unit turns to prepare apartments for new residents, including painting, repairing, and ensuring units meet community standards.
• Support maintenance tasks such as corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic repairs.
• Work across two properties in Laurel and Largo, under the direction of the Service and Community Managers.

Additional Duties

• Complete resident and management service requests related to painting and touch-ups.
• Maintain community spaces, adhere to safety and security policies, and keep the maintenance area organized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with property management software is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards preferred.
• Previous experience in painting or maintenance in multifamily settings is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and use hands for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Reliable transportation for on-call and emergency duties.
