Your Team & Your Role

As a Painter, you are a critical partner supporting our manufacturing operations by applying high-quality finishes to equipment and components. Your work ensures our products meet durability, appearance, and performance standards—so farmers can rely on the equipment they need when they need it.

Your Impact
  • Apply liquid paint, powder coatings, and finishes to agricultural equipment and components using industrial spray equipment.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and staging parts.
  • Mix paints and coatings according to specifications to achieve proper color and finish standards.
  • Inspect finished surfaces to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
  • Follow all safety procedures related to paint handling, ventilation, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain painting tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and efficiency.
Your Experience and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in painting or coatings preferred.
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing painting environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of spray painting techniques, surface preparation, and coating applications.
  • Ability to read work instructions and understand basic specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
