Job summary

AGCO is seeking a Painter to support our manufacturing operations by applying finishes to equipment and components. You will prepare surfaces, mix paints, and use industrial spray equipment to achieve durable, attractive coatings that meet specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (technical painting training preferred) and experience in industrial environments. You will read work instructions, follow safety procedures, maintain tools, and collaborate with teammates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical painting/coatings training preferred.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing painting environments preferred.
• Knowledge of spray painting techniques, surface preparation, and coating applications.
• Ability to read work instructions and understand specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Apply liquid paint, powder coatings, and finishes to equipment and components using industrial spray equipment.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and staging parts.
• Mix paints and coatings according to specifications to achieve color and finish standards.
• Inspect finished surfaces to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Follow safety procedures related to paint handling, ventilation, and PPE.
• Maintain painting tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, organized condition.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.

Your Team & Your Role

As a Painter, you are a critical partner supporting our manufacturing operations by applying high-quality finishes to equipment and components. Your work ensures our products meet durability, appearance, and performance standards—so farmers can rely on the equipment they need when they need it.

Your Impact
