We are growing and looking for Paint Technician to join our team. DBG Arkansas, LLC is a full-service organization committed to providing our customers with exceptional quality, on-time delivery, and cost-saving opportunities. Our Conway, Arkansas facility includes metal stamping, forming, painting, and assembly operations, utilizing stamping presses, brake presses, roll forms, lasers, shears, and a multi-stage paint process. The company provides parts and sub-assemblies to customers across approximately 100,000 square feet of floor space with room for future expansion.

This role involves working with the Paint Process Engineer to support production painting activities, including checking system parameters, verifying process compliance, troubleshooting, and assisting in the operation of the plant’s paint systems.
Additional duties include performing routine tests on materials, inspecting products visually for defects, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Certification as a Painter is preferred but not required.
Must be able to adapt to plant environmental conditions, including heat and cold, and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and climbing. Good reading, writing, and comprehension skills are necessary.
