Cornwell Quality Tools is seeking a Paint Team Lead to coordinate daily activities, support hourly team members, and maintain production schedules. You will promote quality, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within an Employee-Owned environment.

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing principles knowledge.
• Blueprint reading and intermediate math skills.
• English reading, writing, and communication required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with the Supervisor and support hourly associates to keep production on schedule.
• Monitor production targets and ensure schedules are met.
• Apply knowledge of processes to reinforce workflows and safety procedures.
• Read and interpret specifications and blueprints to guide work.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Suggest improvements to production methods and equipment to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve working conditions and team efficiency.
• Support Lean initiatives and 5S for productivity and safety.
