Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently; up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Rated at least 3 (meets expectations) on last performance review.
• Completed HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Stock shelves and set up displays, maintain in-stock condition.
• Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.
• Support deliveries and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Commit to meeting sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Follow inventory control procedures and help improve sales.
