Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist for Store #2514 located at 719 E. Memorial Drive, Ahoskie, NC 27910. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and over the phone, recommending the right products, processing sales, tinting/mixing as needed, stocking shelves, and delivering high-quality customer service to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to wholesale and retail customers.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and recommending products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; maintain product knowledge.
