Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our Odessa, TX retail stores. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend solutions while ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns.

You will support sales goals and maintain product knowledge and store presentation. Applicants must be 18+, eligible to work in the US, and able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a meets expectations rating.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and phone customers.
• Determine customer needs and present appropriate products/services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately according to policies.
• Support achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain organized work orders, shelves, and displays.
• Assist in deliveries as needed and keep store clean and organized.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and options for customers.
