The Pittsburgh Paint Company in Virginia is seeking a Store Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist retail and contractor customers with product recommendations, color matching, and order processing while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds and operate a hand truck.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required; background items and physical may be required.
• Customer service experience preferred with a team-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor with customers.
• Flexibility to work scheduled hours as needed based on business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40-60 pounds routinely.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products and solutions.
• Assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and order processing.
• Mix, tint, and match paint products according to customer specifications.
• Build knowledge of The Pittsburgh Paint Company brands, products, and store processes.
• Process customer orders and payments through phone, in-person, online, and email channels.
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving store sales goals.
• Load, drive, and deliver customer orders via company vehicle.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalates issues when needed.
• Safely handle, load, unload, and organize products for stocking and order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Support daily store operations and team priorities as needed.
