Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paint Company is hiring a Store Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and order processing while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll help drive sales, load and deliver customer orders, and support daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license, background check and physical may be required.
• Customer service experience preferred; ability to work with customers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and recommend products.
• Assist with product selection, color matching, and order processing.
• Mix, tint, and match paint to customer specs; process payments and orders.
