Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1+ years management experience.
• Experience with computers and Internet applications.
• Must work flexible shifts; minimum 45 hours per week; valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds infrequently and 40-60 pounds routinely.
• Consent to background investigation, drug test, and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit plan by controlling expenses, working capital, inventory, shrinkage, and growing net contribution.
• Focus on customer service by ensuring that high service standards are maintained.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain associate engagement through training, mentoring, motivating and resolving issues.
• Maintain understanding of the local market, operations-based selling, and customer base.
• Ensure store exterior/interior appearance and merchandising meet standards.
