Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager to plan and execute strategies in a Sherwin-Williams paint store. The role includes supporting operations, customer service, merchandising, inventory, finances, and safety, and may involve supervising staff and generating sales leads through customer contact.

The position typically runs 44 hours per week and may include evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build knowledge of all products to provide effective recommendations.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention and security policies.
