Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the store manager to organize, plan, and implement strategies in a Sherwin-Williams paint store. This role supports all aspects of store operations, including customer service, merchandising, inventory, finances, and store safety.

The position involves supervising and training staff, generating sales leads by contacting customers, and partnering with the Store Manager on outside sales calls to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities
