Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies for the Sherwin-Williams paint store. You will assist in supervising staff, handling store operations, and driving sales through customer service and merchandising excellence.

You will contribute to contacting customers to generate sales leads, participate in training, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED.
