Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #2079 in Moultrie, GA. You will assist customers, determine needs, present products, and ensure high levels of satisfaction while supporting sales goals.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking displays, tinting and mixing, and coordinating deliveries. The role requires strong communication, retail or paint experience, and ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid unrestricted Driver’s License (preferred)
• 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service (preferred)
• Experience selling paint and paint-related products (preferred)
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment (preferred)
• Ability to read/write/communicate in Spanish (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment and load/unload delivery trucks.
• Assist in making deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and discuss options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
