Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Customer Service Specialist to support stores within a 30-mile radius of Store #1122 and surrounding locations in the Richmond Hill, GA area. You will assist customers, answer questions, and recommend Sherwin-Williams products while maintaining store standards.

The role requires strong customer service skills, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain precise work order files and product inventory.
Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
Stock shelves and set up displays.
Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
Comply with inventory control procedures.
Suggest ways to improve sales.
