Job summary

Sherwin-Williams seeks a Customer Service Specialist to support our Easton store. You will help wholesale and retail customers identify needs, answer product questions, and provide excellent service while supporting store sales goals.

The role involves cash handling, product knowledge updates, and ensuring a high standard of store presentation. Availability for evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
