Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist for Store #2825 in Garner, NC. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend the right paint solutions while striving for excellent service and meeting store sales goals.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour. You will handle in-store and phone inquiries, process transactions, stock shelves, tint and mix products, and support deliveries as needed in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
