Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company seeks a full-time Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers near Garner, NC, within a 20-mile radius. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour. You will help customers, answer questions, and recommend products while maintaining store standards and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, stocking displays, tinting and mixing paints, and supporting deliveries. A driver’s license and physical capability are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license and be able to lift 50–70 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Retail or paint-sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual ability including Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Maintain stock and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries.
• Follow inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvements.
