Custom Truck One Source (CTOS) in Union Grove, WI, is seeking a Paint Shop Helper / Prepper / Sandblasting Technician to support our production team in finishing utility trucks and equipment. Responsibilities include paint prep, sandblasting, masking, taping, surface prep for coating adhesion, and safe operation of the paint line.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ~1 year of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Must pass a respirator fit test.

Responsibilities

• Perform paint prep, sandblasting, masking, and taping.
• Clean and prepare surfaces to ensure proper coating adhesion.
• Fill cracks, holes, and joints to specification.
• Hang and remove parts from paint racks.
• Apply non-skid coatings.
• Remove paint overspray and ensure final quality.
• Operate a forklift to move and stage materials.
• Assist with minor assembly and small wiring tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety and environmental policies.

We’re looking for a Paint Shop Helper / Prepper / Sandblasting Technician to support our production team in preparing and finishing utility trucks and equipment.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Perform paint prep, sandblasting, masking, and taping
• Clean and prepare surfaces to ensure proper coating adhesion
• Fill cracks, holes, and joints to specification
• Hang and remove parts from paint racks
• Apply non-skid coatings
• Remove paint overspray and ensure final quality
• Operate a forklift to move and stage materials
• Assist with minor assembly and small wiring tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and environmental policies
