Job summary

Lippert Components is seeking a Paint Department Supervisor in Mansfield, TX. You will oversee daily operations in the paint area, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will manage a team of plant associates and coordinate with plant leadership to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on supervision of paint processes, viscosity checks, and coating inspections, with focus on training and cross-skilling to support production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years leading 3–6 plant associates daily.
• 3–5 years leading in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• 3–5 years experience with spray paint application in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Robot in Industrial Applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor all production materials and equipment.
• Verify paint viscosity daily during operations.
• Inspect surface defects and coating quality.
• Prepare and mask parts prior to coating.
• Set bake/cure oven controls and record times.
• Support 5-S, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
