PROENERGY is seeking a Paint Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Houston, TX facility. You will supervise the paint shop team, ensure orderly workflow, and uphold safety standards while aligning with customer requirements and quality expectations.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coordinating supplies, and maintaining equipment, with a focus on producing high-quality finishes and achieving production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED, or relevant work experience.
• Must operate forklift safely.
• Must rig properly and safely run an overhead crane.
• Minimum six months experience supervising or directing a team.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Paint Shop employees and manage daily operations.
• Order and maintain paint supplies and equipment to keep the shop organized.
• Oversee surface preparation work before painting.
• Ensure all work meets safety, legal, customer, and PES standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote positive shop practices.
• Meet performance goals and production targets.
• Motivate and support team to achieve KPIs.
