Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a Paint Shop Supervisor to effectively manage the paint shop, ensuring optimum quality and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Fabrication Manager, the role is based at 8310 McHard Road, Houston, TX 77053.

The candidate will supervise employees, manage daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and drive production KPIs while maintaining excellent customer service and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED, or relevant work experience in lieu of education.
• Must be able to operate forklift safely.
• Must have ability to rig properly and safely run an overhead style crane.
• Minimum of six months experience with either supervising or providing technical direction to a team.
• US work authorization is required; sponsorship not offered.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Paint Shop employees and manage daily operations.
• Order and maintain paint supplies and equipment, ensuring the shop stays organized and well-maintained.
• Oversee all surface preparation work before painting.
• Ensure all work meets safety, legal, customer, and internal PES standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote positive work practices within the shop.
• Meet performance goals and production targets.
• Motivate and support team members to achieve KPIs.
