Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support retail and wholesale customers and help achieve store sales goals. You will respond to product questions, make recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction through accurate transactions and friendly service.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and over the phone, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to a positive store image while aligning with safety and loss-prevention policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent sales service to customers in-store and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate Sherwin-Williams products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers to encourage repeat business.
• Process transactions accurately following store policies and procedures.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
