Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Store Associate for Store #2371 in Dothan, AL. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, determine needs, present products and services, and help maintain high standards of product quality and store presentation.

Responsibilities include processing sales, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing as needed, handling deliveries, and supporting inventory control.

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 70 lbs.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas; stock shelves and set up displays.
Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications; assist with deliveries as required.
