Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist at Store #3832 in Fogelsville, PA and Store #5856 in Whitehall, PA. You will assist customers, determine needs, recommend products, and ensure accurate sales transactions.

You will build trust with wholesale and retail customers, maintain displays and stock, and support deliveries. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 lb frequently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read/write/understand English.
• Must read/write/understand Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products/services.
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain in-stock areas and set up displays.
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading trucks.
• Stay knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
