The Sherwin-Williams Company in Wallingford, CT is seeking a Store Associate to help customers select paints and supplies. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service, process sales, and maintain store displays and inventory while meeting sales goals.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and over the phone, tinting and mixing products as needed, stocking shelves, and ensuring cash-handling procedures

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Willing to work evenings and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Maintain accurate work order files and inventory records
• Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries as needed
• Remain knowledgeable about products and available options
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest improvements to sales processes
