The Sherwin-Williams Company in Fuquay-Varina, NC is hiring a FULL-TIME Customer Service Specialist for Store #702404. The role focuses on delivering excellent service to wholesale and retail customers, identifying needs, and recommending the right paint-related solutions.

You will resolve concerns promptly and contribute to store sales goals while maintaining product quality and visual standards. Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, processing transactions,

Competenze

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
Stock shelves and set up displays.
Assist in making deliveries, as needed.
