Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our Spokane store and help wholesale and retail customers find the right products and solutions. You will drive sales, maintain product knowledge, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, stocking displays, tinting and mixing as needed, and assisting with deliveries. The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when needed.
