Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company seeks a Customer Service Specialist in Spokane, WA to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer product questions, and recommend solutions. You will help maintain store standards and work toward sales goals.

Key duties include assisting customers in person and over the phone, tinting and mixing products, stocking displays, handling cash, and delivering friendly, accurate service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Legal authorization to work without sponsorship.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
