Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers at Store #2368 in Florence, SC. You will determine customer needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions while ensuring high service standards.

This full-time position emphasizes accuracy in transactions, maintaining displays, and collaborating to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Sherwin-Williams internal ratings and HR Cloud requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
