Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail store operations at Store #7759 in San Tan Valley, AZ. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, recommend products, answer questions, and aim to maximize customer satisfaction while helping achieve sales goals.

In this role you will handle in-store and phone inquiries, process transactions accurately, stock and display products, tint and mix as needed, and help with deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service and meet store goals.
• Assist customers in person and by phone to determine needs and present products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies.
• Maintain in-stock displays and stock shelves.
• Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.
• Assist in deliveries and stock replenishment.
