AUTIS is seeking a Product Specialist with expertise in painting and repair processes within the automotive sector to join our U.S. team. You will support local sales and customers, ensuring proper implementation and ongoing product development.

Travel to customer facilities across the USA to supervise installations, provide technical support, and maintain project quality. You will also engage with suppliers and customers to deliver tailored technical guidance.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in painting and repair processes within the automotive sector.
  • Demonstrable experience in technical support or in a process specialist role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to travel within the USA for support and installations.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and international partners.

Responsibilities

  • On-Site Installations and Projects: Travel to customer facilities in the USA to supervise system implementations, provide technical support, and ensure proper project execution.
  • Technical Consultancy: Participate in customer and supplier visits and calls to provide specialized technical support, fostering strong relationships with them.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the local sales team by providing technical expertise during customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Customer Support: Act as the main technical point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with the Product Owner: Work closely with the Product Owner based at our headquarters in Spain to align product features, updates, and improvements.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and the sales team to provide valuable input to the Product Owner, supporting continuous product improvement.

Education
