• Robotics programming knowledge and experience with paint lines.
• Lean manufacturing practices applied to processes and flows.
• Experience in a large manufacturing environment and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Program robots or lead paint robot programmers.
• Stabilize and optimize paint line performance and reduce downtime.
• Follow HSE requirements and promote safety mindset on day-to-day basis.
• Collaborate with other departments to solve joint problems (injection, assembly).
