DaikyoNishikawa USA, Inc. is seeking a Paint Process Engineer to lead the development of water-based primer/base coat and 2K clear coat processes. You will drive start-up, QC plans, PFMEA, and cross-functional collaboration within an automotive body shop environment.
The role requires experience with FANUC robotics and PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Omron), and a strong track record in process optimization and training. Alabama-based, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Paint Process Engineer
DEPARTMENT: Engineering
REPORT TO: Engineering Department Manager
BASIC FUNCTION: This position requires an experienced professional with a comprehensive experience in paint processes and will be responsible for developing optimal Water-based Primer / Base Coat and 2K Clear Coat processes. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly, and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.
