Job summary

DaikyoNishikawa USA, Inc. (DNUS) is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to support manufacturing by repairing and maintaining injection molding equipment, conveyance systems, and temperature control systems.

The role includes preventive maintenance across electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical domains, plus Kaizen work and inventory audits. Ideal candidates will have education or experience as industrial mechanics or electricians, with ability to read complex schematics,

Qualifications

• Education as an industrial mechanic, electrician, electro-mechanical technician, or comparable experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze electrical/mechanical schematics, block diagrams, ladder diagrams, and flow charts.
• Hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC knowledge required.
• Robotics knowledge is a plus.
• Good time management and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with production staff.

Responsibilities

• Repair industrial equipment including Injection Molding, Material Conveyance Systems, Water Temperature control systems and related systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform Kaizen activities.
• Perform Inventory Audit for Spare Parts and Inventory.
• Support Tooling Projects and PMs as needed.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will have the accountability to:

• Provide support to the manufacturing processes by repairing industrial equipment,including Injection Molding, MaterialConveyanceSystems, Water Temperature controlsystemand related systems.

• Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• Education as an industrial mechanic, electrician, electro-mechanicaltechnician,or comparable experience.
