Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Part-Time Field Store Associate to drive sales and engage customers in the Paint and Pro departments at Lowe’s Store #4, Seattle.

You will provide exceptional service, tint and mix products, train colleagues, and maintain visual standards while supporting promotions.

The role requires availability on weekdays, afternoons, and weekends, with a safety-conscious approach to handling products.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and deliver high levels of customer service in the Paint and Pro departments.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications and maintain product knowledge.
• Build relationships with customers and assist with sales leads.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory best practices, including color wall and back stock.
• Support Lowe’s Pro Desk and in-store promotional events and training of associates.
