Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Part-Time Field Store Associate to support Lowe’s Paint and Pro departments in Houston. The role focuses on driving sales, engaging customers, and maintaining high merchandising and service standards at Lowe’s Store #1058, 9640 Katy Fwy, Houston TX 77055.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, tinting products to spec, training associates, and promoting Sherwin-Williams and Valspar brand standards. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and customer engagement in-store.
• Provide in-store Pro Desk paint support and product recommendations.
• Train fellow Associates on product knowledge and application methods.
• Maintain store appearance, inventory practices and color wall presentation.
