Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive relationships and trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Maintain Pro customer color files.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications as needed.
• Maintain adequate store appearance and inventory best practices.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations.
• Facilitate in-store Pro Desk paint support for real-time customer needs, Lowe’s Pro Sales, and paint program execution, including in-store promotional events.
• Promote and represent Sherwin-Williams and Valspar brand standards and product strengths to Lowe’s associates, customers, and contractors.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
