Qualifications

• Ability to perform simple mathematics and interpret shop drawings.
• Basic computer skills, e.g., Microsoft Outlook.
• Problem solving and ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
• Meet production, safety, and quality standards in a high-paced environment.
• Rack and unrack parts, brush off, fill, sand, and clean parts for painting.
• Maintain and ensure high quality products with visual checks.
• Safely operate painting, blasting, rigging, and packaging equipment.
• Wear required PPE and follow facility safety regulations.
• Maintain a safe and productive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint and/or powder coat to customer parts per requirements.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Blasts the product and ensures proper blast profile.
• Lift and move parts; operate painting and packaging equipment.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment and work area.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE guidelines.
