Job summary

SignArt Inc. is seeking a Paint Manager to oversee paint operations in a fast-paced environment. You will review incoming materials, color-match, and prep signs for finishing while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Collaboration with leadership and production teams is essential to meet deadlines and satisfy customer requirements. Responsibilities include inventory control, adherence to work orders, and active participation in production meetings to optimize processes and service

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of paint methods and materials.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Review material quality and completeness upon arrival in the paint department. Mix, color match, and prep each sign prior to finishing.
• Complete all operations as outlined in the work order.
• Efficiently manage and maintain paint material inventory.
• Consistently use required safety equipment and properly dispose of hazardous waste.
• Participate in production meetings and collaborate with the team.
• Work in alignment with the production schedule and coworkers to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with the shop floor advisor to inform customers of any additional services needed.
