Job summary

You will prepare parts and surfaces, mix coatings, and apply paint using spray equipment, then inspect surfaces for consistency and defects. The role requires maintaining tools and following PPE and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or automotive painting preferred.
• Ability to use spray equipment and wear PPE.
• Stand, bend, reach, and lift materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work around paint, chemicals, and production noise.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts and surfaces by cleaning, masking, sanding, or wiping.
• Mix or prepare coatings according to instructions.
• Apply paint or coatings using spray equipment or approved methods.
• Inspect finished surfaces for coverage, appearance, and defects.
• Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.
• Follow ventilation, PPE, chemical-handling, and safety procedures.
