Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs paint and rack loading activities within Paint and Rack Loading department.
• Directs, instructs, and trains new and promoted employees, and monitors performance.
• Ensures proper training of hourly employees in decoration activities and safe machine operation.
• Investigates and applies disciplinary actions per company policies.
• Audits and records quality and productivity of subordinates.
• Ensures compliance with departmental and corporate policies and regulations.
