Axalta Coating Systems in Dublin, VA is seeking a Paint Mixer/Cabinet Loader to safely produce, mix, and supply high-quality materials on a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime. The role uses raw materials and equipment and participates in safety, environmental, and housekeeping programs at a customer site.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.
• Follow detailed written procedures and documentation.
• Basic computer skills for operating computer-controlled equipment.
• Flexible hours, including occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently (pumps, scales, mix machines, tanks).
• Wash equipment and load tanks (2–250 gallons).
• Move and load pails of finished product up to 5 gallons.
• Maintain FIFO racks and stock materials up to 75 lbs.
• Perform in-process quality tests and follow SOPs.
• Fill products into drums/totes and label containers.
