Duties and responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Paint Mixer to join our team.

Job duties include, but not limited to:

• Follow verbal and written work instructions for paint mixing.
• Read and understand mixing formulas.
• Ability to assist in modification of existing procedures as needed.
• Follow and enforce quality and SOS standards.
• Complete all paperwork accurately.
• Follow all safety guidelines and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-Motivated team player.
• Desire and ability to cross-train.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise and heat.
• Previous experience in mixing paint preferred but not required.
